Rental & Cancellation Policy: A deposit or full payment is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in are eligible for a refund, minus applicable service fees. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable. In rare cases where a property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Zeniva will offer an alternative accommodation or a full refund. Personal information collected during the booking process (such as name, contact details, and payment information) is used solely to provide travel services and support your reservation.
