Just a short 5-minute to the beach & the famous 5th Avenue where you will find all kinds of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes and entertainment. The space This apartment features a living room & kitchen, 1 bedroom with a kangaroo bed (queen and twin), 1 bathroom, laundry center and a balcony to enjoy the outdoors. You will have access to the communal rooftop where you will find the pool, jacuzzi, gym and rest areas with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. We have underground parking, the spaces are not exclusively assigned, so you can park in the space that is available and is the most comfortable for you. Guest access The apartment is located on the third level. You will have access to all common areas of the building: Pool and jacuzzi with beautiful ocean views Gym Spa (with additional cost) Rest areas Lounge chairs Elevator Underground parking Internet throughout the accommodation Other things to note We have underground parking, the spaces are not exclusively assigned, so you can park in the space that is available and is the most comfortable for you. We offer welcome amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, kleenex, napkins, dish soap, dish sponge. Once they ran out, guests should provide their own. For reservations over 28 days, complimentary cleaning is performed once a week.
