Located in an exclusive condominium, access to the complex is controlled by security service, ensuring safety. Additionally, the condominium offers parking for cars, bicycles, and scooters, although it is important to note that neither the owner nor the condominium is responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles. For your convenience and security, the apartment features a key lockbox system for private access. Guest access Guests have access to common areas and a swimming pool, which can be enjoyed during the hours set by the condominium. Other things to note We include welcome amenities: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish soap. Once guests run out of these, they should restock their own. We do not include daily cleaning; however, if you would like an extra cleaning during your stay we can gladly schedule it with an extra cost. We fumigate monthly but please understand we are located amongst nature so mosquitoes, ants and some other insects are common.
