The space 

This stunning two-level apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility, ideal for a calming stay.  On the ground floor, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a TV, seamlessly overlooking a private patio—perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing. For added convenience, there’s also a half bathroom. The first bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort.  Upstairs, you'll discover the second bedroom, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. Ascend one more level to the exclusive rooftop, where you can unwind in the plunge pool while taking in breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.  This apartment is thoughtfully designed to blend with its environment, featuring large glass windows that flood the space with natural light and offer views of the surrounding greenery. This creates a tranquil and sophisticated atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat for your Tulum getaway. Experience the unique charm of this serene escape! 

Guest access 

The entire apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay and is designed for four people only. You’ll also enjoy your own completely private rooftop and plunge pool, offering a secluded escape. 

Other things to note 

This is a 3-level apartament. The use of stairs is necessary.   We include welcome amenities: toiler paper, shampoo, dish soap, drinking water, etc. Once guests run out of these, they should restock their own.  Yes, we are pet friendly and we want you to have a great time with your furry love in Tulum. Nevertheless, we care a lot about maintaining our properties clean and in good conditions. If we find any damages in the furniture or excess dog hair we will have to charge an extra cleaning / professional furniture cleaning, or whatever is needed.   We do not include daily cleaning; however, in stays over 7 nights we do include courtesy cleanings depending on the length of stay.   If you need extra cleaning service we can of course provide them with an extra cost.   Our concierge team is always available to help you schedule private transportation from and to the airport, tours, massages, etc.   Long term rentals available, please reach out if you have any questions.   We do not include electricity consumption in stays over 20 nights.   We fumigate monthly but please understand we are located amongst nature so mosquitoes, ants and some other insects are common.   It´s important to mention that Tulum has power outages from time to time that may be affected by storms or the power company.   We provide some drinking water as a courtesy. In case you need more during your stay, we have 20 L water bottles for sale $100 mxn.  To get to Calma Tulum, you must take a short unpaved street.   Our reviews mean everything to us.
