The fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and private terrace with a plunge pool are perfect for relaxing. The condo features a huge pool with loungers and a dining area surrounded by nature. Plus, there’s parking and 24/7 security for your peace of mind. Perfect for friends or family! Guest access Guests have access to common areas and a swimming pool, which can be enjoyed during the hours set by the condominium. Other things to note We include welcome amenities: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish soap. Once guests run out of these, they should restock their own. We do not include daily cleaning; however, if you would like an extra cleaning during your stay we can gladly schedule it with an extra cost. Our concierge team is always available to help you schedule private transportation from and to the airport, tours, massages, reservations, etc. Long term rentals available, please reach out if you have any questions. We do not include electricity consumption in stays over 20 nights. This means guest should pay for the amount of electricity consumed if staying over 20 nights. We fumigate monthly but please understand we are located amongst nature so mosquitoes, ants and some other insects are common. It´s important to mention that Tulum has power outages from time to time that may be affected by storms or the power company. Our reviews mean everything to us.
