Located in Aldea Zama, the best residential area of Tulum. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in the living room, equipped kitchen, laundry center and direct access to the pool. Also 2 bicycles with a lock that you can use during your stay. It is important to note that if there is an inconvenience such as damage or theft of the bicycle, the guest should be responsible for fixing it. Guest access The Brava Residences complex has a large pool on the ground floor, a gym with an outdoor barbecue and dining area. Other things to note NOTE: the TV appears in the photos but unfortunately it is out of service. We offer complimentary amenities for your arrival: toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, bath soap and shampoo. These items are provided only once upon arrival, if needed, you will need to purchase it locally. If you need extra cleaning, there's an extra cost. For reservations longer than 28 days, complimentary cleaning is done once a week. For bookings longer than 20 days electric power service could be at an additional cost.
