The space 

Step into this modern, tropical villa and feel right at home! With an open, bright space and stylish touches, you’ll have everything you need for a relaxing getaway just minutes from the beach. 

Start your day with a peaceful yoga session by the fruit trees, soak up the sun on the comfortable outdoor lounge, or cool off in the inviting heated pool—perfect for letting all your worries float away. 

Inside, unwind on the cozy sofas in the open living room, where you can stream your favorite shows on the Roku TV. This space also doubles as a fifth sleeping area with a convenient pull-out sofa bed. 

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster oven, and everything you need to cook a delicious meal for your group. Gather around the stylish dining area with a table and bar seating for eight, or take a short walk to Hallandale Beach Boulevard where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants and cafés. 

The villa has four spacious bedrooms:

Bedroom Four – Queen Bed, Seating Area, Ensuite & Laundry Nook 

In addition to the two luxurious ensuite bathrooms, there’s a central bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and custom vanity stocked with all the essentials, along with plenty of soft, fluffy towels for each guest. 

The separate studio provides its own private entrance and includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. 

On sunny days, open the double French doors to your own tropical paradise. Pick fresh bananas from the tree, read your favorite book on a sun lounger, fire up the BBQ for lunch, and take a refreshing dip in the glowing heated pool at night.

Guest access 

Guests have private access to the entire villa and the resort-style yard, along with free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee, a laundry nook, and access to streaming apps on the Smart Roku TV. 

With keyless entry, you will receive a door code before your arrival. 

We are available via chat or phone 24/7 to answer any questions you may have. 

Other things to note 

Pool heating: 

Please note that the pool can be heated upon request for $40 per day, please let us know before your stay so we can have the pool nice and warm for your arrival. 

To maintain the quality of the pool, we have our pool guy scheduled for pool maintenance on TUESDAY & FRIDAY, though these days are still subject to weather conditions. 

The home includes a Roku HD Smart-TVs, WiFi, and central A/C & heaters. 

Complimentary Washer & Dryer with Detergent & a BBQ Grill in the Backyard

-Early check-in depends on if the Home is Cleaned Early Enough, you can ask if it is available to check-in early the day before you arrive and we will confirm. 

-If you are looking for directions or locations it is best to look up "Trip Advisor" for things to do in the Area and "Yelp" for Restaurants. (FREE Apps on your phone) 

-We will send you All Information and Address Prior to your Arrival.
