Resort Access Fee: 

Upon arrival, a one-time fee of $30 for 1 or 2 adults is paid directly to the building association. This fee gives you access to all resort amenities (pools, gym, movie theater, etc.) and includes your pool remotes and wristbands. This fee supports the high-quality maintenance and security of the building. 

Parking: 

You'll have access to the most affordable and always-available parking in the area, with no car limit! 

1-7 days: $100 

2 weeks: $125 

3 weeks: $150 

4 weeks: $175 

You will receive a parking tag upon arrival ($20 refundable deposit) for unlimited access through the gated entrance. 

Note: 

Association fees (resort and parking) are set by the building and may vary depending on your arrival date. These are beyond the host's control, but don't worry, we'll send you the latest information 3 days before your trip.

Other things to note 

A basic set of cleaning supplies and toiletries is provided to travelers. Travelers are responsible for purchasing anything they need beyond what is included in the starter kit. We do not restock. This is standard industry practice. 

The starter pack includes: 

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom 

1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen 

1 sponge 

1 small bottle of dish soap 

1 dishwasher tablet 

1 dishwashing pod

You understand that a pool can present potential hazards to children who are not closely supervised, as well as hazards to anyone swimming if they have health risks, are under the influence of alcohol or any type of medication or drug, or are pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. You understand the risks mentioned above and agree to assume full responsibility for yourself and the consequences for anyone in your party. You agree to waive any claims of any kind against the owner for accidents or claims resulting from injuries in the pool. All Airbnb guests in my group acknowledge and agree that they have read and understood this waiver, and they acknowledge that the confirmation below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between the Airbnb guests and the Airbnb host.
