Our Mission is to provide the best Vacation Rental Home experience for all our guests no matter what brought you to the area. We are set up for families, friend groups, nurses, & business travelers. There is a little bit of everything in our home including a place to relax by the heated pool, splash on the water slide, jump on the trampoline, grill a fantastic meal for friends/family, enjoy a meal outside, or sip a cup of coffee on the private, screened in patio, unwind with a movie, sleep in & relax in our Luxury King & Queen beds, get a little work done, or have a home base for an extended period of time.  ★ 4 BEDROOMS ★ There are 4 bright bedrooms within the home filled with comfortable beds topped in hotel-quality linen along with wall-mounted Smart TVs and reading lamps giving everyone their own space to unwind. ✔ Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, Crib ✔ 2nd Bedroom:: 2 Queen Beds, Pack-N-Play ✔ 3rd Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed ✔ 4th Bedroom: 2 Full Beds ✔ Living Room: 2 Sofa beds and Air Mattress Clean Sheets are provided for all beds with extra pillows and blankets.  ★ LIVING ROOM★ Stream all your favorites on the big-screen TV while you relax on the sofa loaded with soft cushions. Guest access  

SWIMMING POOL Our pool is private and you get full access to it. We also offer the heated option for an additional fee. Regular pool water temperature is usually comfortable all year long, anyway if you prefer it warmer or traveling with kids, we recommend requesting it in advance.  During winter months it can take up to 48 hours to get to the desired temperature (82 Fahrenheit max). Please be advised that it might take longer if the air temperature is lower than 70. For last-minute bookings, it will be turned on as soon as possible.  We charge 40$/night for the whole stay to cover extra electricity expenses. We do not add it to the rental price, because not all people want to use it, and we are trying to keep our properties affordable for everyone.  EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am. You will be provided with an access code that activates at your arrival. Early Check-In or Late Check-out are subject to availability and need to be requested in advance. We charge a flat fee of $40 per hour, if you need to get more than 2 hours, reach out for a custom quote.  Baggage drop-off is available by request and depends on availability.  Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking for 5 cars, complimentary coffee, and access to the full laundry and streaming apps on the Smart TVs.  Pool Service is scheduled weekly, usually on Thursdays. It might change due to weather conditions. Lawn Service is done every 2 weeks. Please let us know if you need specific dates when services will be done during your stay.  

Other things to note  

We are located in a residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of our neighbors and city laws all the time. Read the rules carefully to prevent any issues during your stay.  ★LOUD NOISES ARE PROHIBITED★ Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city and may be subject to a fine of up to $1000. Per occurrence, as per the city noise ordinance of the Oakland Park Code of Ordinance. QUITE HOURS: 9:00PM - 9:00AM - this means that during this time NO MUSIC is to be played in the backyard or pool area, and, NO NOISE - anyone outside must keep all conversations to a cell phone level to ensure we don’t disturb our neighbors who have work and kids that go to school.  ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. House is only for you and amount of people mentioned in the reservation. All unauthorized visitors will be considered as house rules violations. Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.\  ★ NO STREET/GRASS PARKING - 5 CARS ONLY★ NO STREET OR GRASS parking, it is strictly prohibited. Our vacation rental has a license for only 5 cars being parked at the property parking lot. Parking on the street, on grass, behind bushes, or by neighbors' houses is illegal and will result in a violation of city law. All vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked within a driveway in compliance with the Code of Ordinances of the City of Oakland Park.  ★ NO SMOKING ★ Please refrain from smoking (anything) inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor Removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. You will be required to pay an additional odor removal fee of $750. SMOKING MARIJUANA (inside, outside, in the front yard, in the backyard, on our parking lot - anywhere on the property) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If our neighbors or personnel report the smell of weed, we will be required to call authorities, since it is illegal in Florida and prohibited at our vacation rental.  ★ NO DRUGS or WEAPONS ★ Our community has zero tolerance towards DRUGS or WEAPONS, and it will be reported to the City Police immediately.  ★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★ Bring your furry friends along for an exciting vacation. They’ll get to enjoy and run around the spacious backyard while you relax by the pool. Please note that we charge a FEE 100$ per pet. Please clean after your pets if needed.  SECURITY AND SAFETY  We are doing our best to keep the community and our guests safe. Thank you very much for your understanding.  Finally, know that we do have security cameras and noise and smoke detectors on-premises, and tampering with any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation. We have one, motion-activated recording camera overlooking the front yard which records video and audio. Another camera overlooks the backyard with a pool for safety issues. It is motion-activated and records audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. There is also a smart home device on the ceiling that actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.  By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay on the property.
