Samiik is a brand new condo located in the jungle near la Veleta neighborhood, surrounded by nature this place will be great for romantic getaways or to simple enjoy some quiet time with yourself. The Studio is at the top of the building (2nd floor) which offers a great sunlight.Enjoy the Mayan jungle of Tulum while practicing yoga at the deck. The space The studio has handpicked decorations and fabrics from local artisans, you can confortable fit up to 3 people (King size bed + Puff bed), at your arrival you will be provided with a courtesy of water, cooking essentials and organic products for personal care. All you will need to worry is to bring your swim suit. Guest access The Neighbourhood is called Region 15, happens to be the newest area in Tulum being developed. La Veleta is a 5min drive, city centre 10-15min drive, beach 15-20min drive. To get around you use taxis but it may be more convenient to have your own transportation method (Car,scooter,bike). There is free parking both in the building and on the street 24hrs. Other things to note Tulum is one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico, as a result there may be occasional power outages all over the town, you’ll be surrounded mostly by jungle however you may see sites being developed. Natural area with no street illumination at night and unpaved roads there could be potholes during the rainy season. Tulum's Cellular network is not the best, make sure to plan ahead, as internet access could be limited to Wi-Fi networks.
