Other things to note We include welcome amenities: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, drinking water, etc. Once guests run out of these, they should restock their own. We do not include daily cleaning; however, in stays over 7 nights we do include courtesy cleanings depending on the length of stay. If you need extra cleaning service we can of course provide them with an extra cost. Our concierge team is always available to help you schedule private transportation from and to the airport, tours, massages, reservations, etc. Long term rentals available, please reach out if you have any questions. We do not include electricity consumption in stays over 20 nights. This means guest should pay for the amount of electricity consumed if staying over 20 nights. We fumigate monthly but please understand we are located amongst nature so mosquitoes, ants and some other insects are common. It´s important to mention that Tulum has power outages from time to time that may be affected by storms or the power company. Our reviews mean everything to us.
