Fully equipped 1 BEDROOM and 1.5 BATH condo that is full of amenities and is often used by the owner. There is a full kitchen including ice maker, coffee makers and full utensils and dishware, multiple beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach cooler. Big screen TV and entertainment system in the living room with basic cable. Walk in closet, Queen size bed and beautiful ocean view and city view from the balcony. A well run, quiet building that serves mainly short term vacation travellers.

Other things to note  

Parking Fees of $15/day are extra and collected directly with the Valet Parking Service.  The property charges a FOB fee of $30 for 2 Adults and $15 for additional FOB to access the amenities. Mandatory guest registration process set by the building's security office insures a smooth check in and a safe environment. Upon confirmation of your registration WE will send you a GUEST REGISTRATION FORM which YOU must fully COMPLETE, identifying all occupants. Picture IDs (passport for international guests and US driver Permits) are required and to be sent with the completed form for every occupant OVER 16 yrs old.
