The space 

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment, perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to relax and connect with nature.  The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second has a queen-size trundle (kangaroo) bed with a double. There’s also a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy two full bathrooms, a smart TV in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for cooking and cozy nights in. Both bedrooms have sheer and blackout blinds for your comfort.  This is an ideal space for nature lovers, for those looking to unwind listening to the birds, and enjoying the views from the balcony. Located just meters from one of Holbox’s best spots to experience the magical bioluminescence—often visible right from the beach out front, especially during the new moon.  Traveling with a larger group? Once these are used up, guests are kindly asked to restock them.  QUIET HOURS: To ensure a restful stay, we have quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect this, as Yum Balam is designed to be a peaceful retreat.  CONCIERGE SERVICES: We’re here to help with all your needs, from arranging private airport transfers and pre-arranged grocery shopping to connecting you with tour operators, booking massages, and assisting with golf or bike rentals.  LONG-TERM RENTALS: Please note that electricity consumption is not included in long-term rentals (over 28 nights).  PEST CONTROL: While we fumigate monthly, please understand that, being surrounded by nature, mosquitoes, ants, and other insects are common.  POWER OUTAGES: Power outages can occasionally occur in Holbox, especially due to storms or issues with the local power company.  CASH RECOMMENDATIONS: We highly recommend traveling with cash, specially for taxis.  DRINKING WATER: We offer complimentary drinking water for your convenience.
